How do I Hide my waypoints on the SPOT map?

When viewing your Data in Live Mode or History Mode, click on the Eye icon next to the SPOT name.  This will remove the waypoints for that SPOT device from appearing on the SPOT map.  You will notice the Eye icon will have a slash when in Hidden mode.  To revert, simply click on the Eye icon and the waypoints will be displayed once again....

I cannot see any data on the SPOT Map and my SPOT device is active.

Make sure the “eye” icon next to the device name is enabled (no slash). Check which mode you are in. If you are in Live Mode but have no current tracks or messages, nothing will appear. Change to History Mode and click 7 days, 1 month or custom dates to see previous tracks and messages on the map. ...
