How to manage your FLEX plan online
Login to your SPOT My Account
- Click on MY DEVICES
- Select EDIT SETTINGS
- Locate the STATUS and select one of the following:
- Suspend – Will place your contract on suspension mode, which will disable all features including SOS Suspension will take place at the end of the current monthly subscription cycle
- Pay and Resume – Will immediately remove your device from Suspension and begin the new monthly subscription cycle. Charges will take place immediately.
