How to manage your FLEX plan online

Login to your SPOT My Account

  1. Click on MY DEVICES
  2. Select EDIT SETTINGS
  3. Locate the STATUS and select one of the following:
    1. Suspend – Will place your contract on suspension mode, which will disable all features including SOS Suspension will take place at the end of the current monthly subscription cycle
    2. Pay and Resume – Will immediately remove your device from Suspension and begin the new monthly subscription cycle. Charges will take place immediately.
