Restoring the Update process
When experiencing issues with the Update process, follow the steps below to Recover the device:
- On the Updater Tool screen, click on the Disconnect button (Do Not Physically Disconnect the Device from the PC)
- On the Updater Tool screen, select the ABOUT tab and click on Recover Device
- Select Yes at the prompt and enter the device ESN and COM Port. COM Port can be found in your PC Device manager
- After selecting the COM Port, the Recovery will start
- Allow the complete process without interruption
