Restoring the Update process

When experiencing issues with the Update process, follow the steps below to Recover the device:

  1. On the Updater Tool screen, click on the Disconnect button (Do Not Physically Disconnect the Device from the PC)
  2. On the Updater Tool screen, select the ABOUT tab and click on Recover Device
  3. Select Yes at the prompt and enter the device ESN and COM Port. COM Port can be found in your PC Device manager
  4. After selecting the COM Port, the Recovery will start
  5. Allow the complete process without interruption
