How do I transfer an active service plan to a new SPOT device?
Transferring service in your SPOT account, from one device to another, is not currently supported. If you have an active service plan and need to transfer the service to a different device, please contact Customer Relations for support.

Common Issues
There is no applicable upgrade path between models of the existing ESN and the new ESN you provided.
- This error may be displayed when the model you are attempting to upgrade to is that of an equivalent or previous generation SPOT device. This option is not available at this time.
