Position requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university

·        3-5 years of sales experience preferably in telecom or related field.

·        Prefer prior outbound and lead qualification experience.

  • Manage and expand upon our relationships with the merchandising teams at our key retail industry customers,.

  • Develop and expand our sales channel strategies – Mass retailers, specialty retailers, rep groups, distributors, buying groups, BtoB and BtoG customers.

  • Develop a retail sales plan including forecasts and budget

    Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years experience in a CPG sales management role to mass retailer merchandisers required. Significant relevant mass retail sales management with merchandisers experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Demonstrated business skills related to planning, budgeting, training, writing, presentation and selling

  • The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing team environment that requires a high degree of “detail orientated” multi-tasking with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of Satellite communications industry and related products & services, would be a big plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, and time management skills

  • High competency with Microsoft Office suite and/or comparable business/presentation tools

Major Job duties are, however not limited to the following:       

 

  • Actively contribute in all phases of resource allocation software development, maintenance and operation
  • Investigate reported issues and create hotfixes when necessary
  • Work with the cross-functional project teams to develop applications
  • Implement continuous delivery techniques where practical and appropriate

·        Provide support for all Globalstar worldwide gateways. This involves the use of gateway monitoring tools to help in the isolation and resolution of problems. Limited corrective action of gateway problems via gateway interfaces will be required at times.

·        Work with the gateway Tier 2 engineering group to resolve all gateway issues.

·        Work with other groups in support of the Globalstar mission. This includes, however not limited to gateways, the Globalstar Space Operations Control Center, gateway tier 2 engineering, System Engineering, Customer Care, Information Technology, Network Planning, and other Globalstar departments.

·        Document all activities using the Remedy trouble ticketing system.

Position requirements:

·        Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering, or former tier one NOC experience

·        Familiarity in operations control center environment

·        Familiarity in wireless communications, field engineering, technical support, customer care, network monitoring
