Where do I find my SPOT Global Phone number?
The SPOT Global Phone number is located on the sticker on the top of the box. You can also find your number on your phone by pressing “Menu” and “9”.
If you are having difficulties activating your SPOT Global Phone, please contact SPOT Customer Relations.

PIN confirmation is not supported via voice. Please enter your pin on your phone dial-pad.
Your PIN, personal identification number, can be found by logging into My Account and clicking on Settings and Billing.
