Where do I find my SPOT Global Phone ESN?
Your SPOT Global Phone ESN is required for activation.
The ESN can be found on the sticker on the top of the box (ESN DEC). The ESN is also located in the battery compartment of your phone (D).

Phone support is available Monday - Friday, 24h CST.Please have your PIN ready when calling.
PIN confirmation is not supported via voice. Please enter your pin on your phone dial-pad.
Your PIN, personal identification number, can be found by logging into My Account and clicking on Settings and Billing.
