There has been a shift in the business-to-customer messaging environment, with an increase in Messaging regulations introduced in many countries and service providers throughout the world.
These restrictions may affect message delivery from a SPOT device to the intended recipient(s). SPOT is making an effort to limit the number of undeliverable messages due to these restrictions, but some messages will continue to be blocked by Service providers.
