Need to submit a rebate? It's easy. Complete the online rebate form below or print and submit the Mail-in Rebate form by 9/30/2019.


First, select the device you are submitting a rebate for:



Enter your information to claim your offer. You will need the receipt(s) and device UPC barcode(s) from your purchase to complete this process.

Attach copy of your receipt showing: Purchase Date, Retailer Name, Purchase Price.

Provide a copy of the original UPC code from the product package(s).

To be eligible for this rebate, you must:

  1. Purchase a SPOT Gen3® for at least $149.95 and/or a SPOT Trace® for at least $99.95 (excluding tax and shipping and after coupons and discounts) from the SPOT online store or a participating retailer between 5/23/2019 and 9/3/2019.
  2. Activate your SPOT device(s) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE through our SPOT Activation Portal. Proof of service activation required (i.e. activation date, customer account number).
  3. Provide copy of sales receipt showing product info, vendor name and purchase date.
  4. Provide copy of the original UPC code from the product package(s).
  5. Complete and submit or postmark a separate form per device no later than 9/30/19. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Once submitted, your form will be verified before approval. Upon approval a rebate check will be mailed in 8-12 weeks. Actual processing times can vary depending on volume of claims submitted. We encourage you to review the complete Terms & Conditions.
