PC not recognizing my SPOT Gen3
If the updater Tool does not display the SPOT Gen3’s ESN, try the following:
- Ensure USB cable is connected to both the PC and SPOT Gen3
- If still not recognizing, remove the batteries from the SPOT Gen3 and try again
- If still not recognizing, try using a different USB port on the PC
- If still not recognizing, reboot the PC
- If still not recognizing, try using a different USB cable and/or PC
Note: Ensure USB cable is capable of data transfer
