FAQs

I cannot see any data on the SPOT Map and my SPOT device is active.

Make sure the “eye” icon next to the device name is enabled (no slash).

Check which mode you are in. If you are in Live Mode but have no current tracks or messages, nothing will appear. Change to History Mode and click 7 days, 1 month or custom dates to see previous tracks and messages on the map.
