As an organization, SPOT strives to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in a timely and effective manner.

SPOT Progress:

Training: SPOT provides accessibility training to all employees and team members, including anyone involved in developing SPOT policies.

Recruitment, Assessment & Selection Process: SPOT is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace. Reasonable accommodation is available to candidates throughout the hiring process, upon request.

Web Content Accessibility: SPOT continues to work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.0, level AA standard requirements ensuring SPOT’s web content is accessible to all.

The Built Environment: SPOT does not have public-faced storefronts for our users or other customers to access.  The majority of our SPOT employees work from home. Yet, SPOT continues to assess our employees’ accessibility needs, incorporating accessibility into our policies, procedures, training, and best practices.
