Activation

How do I transfer an active service plan to a new SPOT Trace?

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Click MY DEVICES
  3. If needed, click EDIT SETTINGS (EDIT SETTINGS is only present for multiple contract accounts)
  4. Click DEVICE SWAP
  5. Input the ESN of the NEW unit you want to activate
  6. Input the AUTH code of the NEW unit you want to activate
  7. Click COMPLETE SWAP
*If needed, log out and log back in to update the displayed ESN on the My Devices tab.
