This is a story of a young couple and one of their dogs on a journey through Central America and the Caribbean with their sailboat, Vento Dea. The final destination is St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. They sold and donated most of their possessions, left behind family and friends in California and let go of the idea of settling down that most people expect from them for one reason: to live life to the fullest and imagine all the possibilities the world has to offer. This journey is not just to see the world, it is to experience the world, as well as to learn more about themselves and each other as they navigate the waters aboard their 28-ft sailboat.
