Armed with a SPOT Satellite GPS Messenger and three go GoPro Cameras, photographers, Bruce Ely and Jamie Francis, launched a weather balloon in order to capture images of the Columbia River. The balloon ended up reaching 90,000 feet and photographers were able to produce an amazing video.
