Don’t have SPOT Tracking but would like to add it to your account?  Simple! Just log-in to your account and add additional services such as Tracking or Roadside Assistance to your existing SPOT messenger.

When you are logged in, the SPOT system will check to see which services are available for the messengers in your account. The services that you currently have active for each messenger and the services that could be added are displayed in the services column of the messenger page. In the above picture, the account has 3 messengers. 2 of the messengers have all services activated. The last messenger does show the option to add 2 additional services that were not previously added. The system will only show services that can be added to your messenger. If the service is not available in your region or the service has special conditions that require it be added at initial registration, you will not be given the option to add the service.

In the example screen shown above, both the “Roadside Assistance” and “Product Replacement Guarantee” value added services could be purchased and added to the messenger. Either click the "Buy" icon next to the service or alternatively you can select the messenger (using the select column on the left) and click the "Add Service" button at the top of the table. A pop up will then appear that allows you to confirm the options and make the purchase.

If you wish to use a credit card other than the one already on file, you can choose that option in the confirmation screen and update your credit card information. Once you are satisfied with the additional services being added to the messenger, and the charges that will be billed to your account (credit card), complete the transaction by clicking the "Finish" button.

Some additional steps may be required, since the SPOT system will ask you to complete a Roadside Assistance section for you messenger profile if one has not already been provided. The system will guide you through those steps if it is required to complete the activation.
